  • Professionals that may need to be contacted on a client’s behalf (e.g. property manager, building inspector, quantity surveyor, etc)
  • Regulatory bodies (e.g. the Australian Tax Office, Austrac, etc)
  • Organisations that implement and maintain our business systems (e.g. IT providers, CRM administrators, etc)
  • Other service providers and organisations with whom we work and have professional relationships

Are we likely to share ‘personal information’ with third parties located overseas?

Possibly. As our business activity and marketing initiatives sometimes include interactions with professionals and organisations outside of Australia, we will do our best to always check with you first whether this is appropriate.

What if an individual doesn’t wish to provide us with their ‘personal information’?

Our policy is to provide individuals with the option of using a pseudonym or not disclosing their personal information when communicating with us. Yes. For basic contact details, an individual may log in to their M2 Real Estate website account and review the information on their member profile page. If an M2 Real Estate client wishes to review the entirety of their personal information that we hold on file and/or request that it’s updated, this can be accommodated simply by contacting us via the contact details below.
